PROVIDER-NEUTRAL ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE

The operating core for modern energy companies.

Tredecellion Energy Core is a multi-tenant infrastructure platform designed for energy companies that need one governed operating layer across customers, contracts, metering, tariffs, billing, switching, supplier connectivity, APIs, automation and flexibility services. Core sits between the energy company and the licensed suppliers, market operators, metering services and specialist infrastructure connected underneath it.

The architecture is country-aware and provider-neutral. Market behaviour is handled through configuration and adapters so the same Core can support different currencies, meter conventions, switching processes, tariff structures and external providers without turning the platform into one supplier’s private system.

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

One Core. Multiple brands, providers and markets.

Each tenant remains isolated while approved integrations connect suppliers, market services and country-specific processes through the same governed operating layer.

CONTROL PLANE

Infrastructure organised around five operating planes.

Core groups the platform around the operating responsibilities an energy company needs to manage.

Tenant & Identity

Organisations, brands, countries, staff, permissions and isolated data ownership.

Meter-to-Cash

Customers, contracts, meters, consumption, products, tariffs, billing and revenue records.

Supply & Switching

Supplier connectivity, registrations, switching, market messages and operational exceptions.

Data & Flexibility

Analytics, forecasting, AI assistance, DER, grid data and flexibility orchestration.

Developer Platform

APIs, webhooks, event messaging, integration governance, security and developer tooling.

CORE SERVICES

Twenty infrastructure services across the energy operating lifecycle.

The cards below describe the platform structure only. They do not show invented customers, fabricated meter readings, simulated bills, fake balances or pretend supplier results. Operational data appears only when a real backend record or external integration provides it.

Tenant & Brand Core

Manage energy companies, brands, countries, teams, permissions and tenant configuration from one governed Core environment. Tenant boundaries keep customer, contract, meter, billing, credential and operational records separated.

Customer Lifecycle

Control customer onboarding, accounts, premises, contracts, moves, renewals, closures and lifecycle history. Customer events connect naturally with metering, products, billing, switching and authorised communications.

Metering & Energy Data

Manage electricity and gas meter points, physical meters, readings, interval consumption and data quality. Core is structured to receive real data through supplier, smart-meter, market or specialist metering integrations.

CORE PRINCIPLES

Designed for real operations and controlled integrations.

Real data only

Core does not manufacture customer records, meter readings, tariff outcomes, balances, invoices, switching results or supplier responses. Operational values come from the Core database or from a connected external service.

Multi-tenant isolation

Each energy company operates within its own tenant boundary so customer, contract, meter, billing, credential and operational records remain isolated from other tenants.

Provider neutrality

Licensed suppliers and market services connect through adapters so Core business logic does not depend on one provider, one country or one partnership.

Country-aware configuration

Currency, tax, meter identifiers, tariff rules, switching flows, disclosures and market messaging can be configured according to the relevant country and market.
